Sanford Health is  seeking a BE / BC Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Bagley, Minnesota.

• Join a team of two physicians and three APPs
• Traditional practice (outpatient and inpatient)
• Call is 1 : 3  - hospital inpatients (main phone call)
• Clinic is nearby to Sanford Bagley Medical Center, a 25 bed critical access hospital
• Average hospital inpatient census - 6
• Annual ER volume is 3,200
• Remote support - social worker, IHT and RN case manager
• On-site services include :   -EKG, X-ray, CT, PT / OT, cardiac rehab, chiropractic, laboratory, stress tests, eye service, IV infusion, psych
• Outreach from Bemidji - sleep, bariatrics, dermatology , mobile mamo, MRI, OB

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE) : $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.

Additional incentives may be offered. Actual compensation offers may vary and are determined based on multiple factors including education, training, certification, experience, scope of practice and actual job requirements.
