DIRECCIN DE MARKETING

Rodi Motor Services , empresa lder en el sector postventa de la automocin, con ms de 180 puntos de venta y en constante crecimiento tanto a nivel nacional como internacional, buscamos para nuestra central en Lleida una posicin de Direccin de Marketing cuya misin ser liderar el equipo de marketing y alcanzar los objetivos de venta marcados asegurando la mxima rentabilidad.

Sus principales funciones sern :

  • Liderar el rea de marketing y los distintos departamentos (Trade, E.comm, CRM, comunicacin y Call Center)
  • Definir e implementar la estrategia de los proyectos relacionados con las campaas de marketing para dinamizar las ventas
  • Planificar el plan de marketing (campaas publicitarias y de promociones de productos y servicios. Comunicarlo y analizar el retorno de las distintas campaas
  • Elaboracin, gestin y seguimiento del presupuesto asignado
  • Gestin de la marca y posicionamiento de esta
  • Contribuir desde el departamento a las ventas y generacin de leads
  • Responsable de la organizacin de eventos de negocio en colaboracin con otras reas.
  • Estrategia de marketing en RRSS y contenidos
  • Definicin e implementacin de estrategias de crecimiento orgnico
  • Coordinacin de acciones globales y / o locales
  • Gestin de patrocinios y publicidad
  • Diseo de la estrategia de trade marketing e implementacin de la misma en los PdV
  • Diseo de estrategia de comunicacin digital y RRSS e implementacin de la misma
  • Comunicacin institucional y de marca
  • Diseo estrategia de CRM
  • Gestin y control integral del presupuesto de marketing
  • Coordinacin de eventos corporativos
  • Creacin de planes de marketing para lanzamiento de nuevos productos y / o servicios
  • Reportar anlisis y retorno de las distintas acciones / campaas

Requisitos :

  • Estudios relacionados con la publicidad o marketing
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de marketing (campaas, trade, digital, CRM)
  • Se valora experiencia en el sector y / o otros de retail
  • Experiencia en comunicacin in-out
  • Experiencia en marketing digital
  • Competencias esenciales : tica profesional, compromiso con la organizacin y visin de globalidad del sector
