What You'll Do...

The Senior C laim Adjuster works closely with injured workers, our policyholders, doctors, and others throughout the claim life cycle. This fast-paced, highly rewarding position is the main point of contact when a worker has been injured at work and requires complex care, evaluation, and support on their path to returning to work.

• Ensures the equitable and justified investigation, evaluation and settlement / closure of workers' compensation claims in accordance with A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Company’s specified standards, industry requirements, and audit procedures.
• Complies with all state and Federal regulations to manage lost time claims with generally clear coverage and compensability, lower severity injuries and medial complexity, and shorter disability durations.

This is a hybrid position after completion of initial training period.

Pay Philosophy

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors; including, but not limited to - qualifications, relevant education, certifications, experience, skills, performance, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future, but we in good faith believe this is what we would pay for this role as of the time of posting. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market for all employees in this position across our industry and provides an opportunity to progress and develop within the role.
