You'll be the architect of our operational infrastructure. This isn't about maintaining the status quoyou'll be building systems, processes, and teams while keeping the trucks running. You'll work directly with our founders and leadership team to identify operational bottlenecks, design solutions, and execute with urgency. This role is perfect for someone who gets energized by chaos and thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity.
