Position Overview

Essential Responsibilities

• Engineer and optimize complex manufacturing processes utilizing multi-axis CNC, EDM, and advanced grinding technologies
• Lead technical communications with OEM customers and manage engineering change implementation

• Develop advanced machining strategies to enhance quality and efficiency
• Champion continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and manufacturing staff
• Manage CAD / CAM programming using industry-leading software platforms
