Now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the 3PM–11PM shift with one weekend per month on call. Your leadership will help create a safe, compassionate environment where residents feel at home and staff feel empowered to succeed. Responsibilities Include : Supervise nursing staff during assigned shift, overseeing medication distribution, treatments, and patient care Conduct nursing rounds multiple times per shift to ensure quality care Educate staff, residents, and families as needed Monitor and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance resident outcomes Perform additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator Qualifications : Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Active, unrestricted RN license in New Jersey At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Why Complete Care at Park Place Center?
