About the Role :

RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead operations at a busy retail pharmacy. This direct hire role offers a strong leadership opportunity with a focus on both patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and board regulations.
• Oversee daily operations, including budget, payroll, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacy team members to maintain high standards of care.
• Provide patient-centered services including counseling, immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs.
• Foster community engagement and drive business development initiatives.
