Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
Ability to quickly learn custom software and tools such as Gmail and Google Calendar
Previous experience in a work-from-home setting with minimal peer interactions
Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
Must be punctual and meet attendance standards consistently
