Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial sales touchpoint, converting inbound leads into clients through empathetic communication
Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and present tailored treatment options
Manage the admissions pipeline from inquiry to intake and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or admissions role, preferably in healthcare or related fields
Proven phone sales and relationship-building skills
High school diploma or G.E.D required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Strong working knowledge of insurance benefits and verification is desirable
Proficient in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
