As our Retail IT Outsourcing Specialist , you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time. You’ll use tools like Laserfiche and ServiceNow to manage approvals, validate purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies while working closely with internal teams. Beyond invoice processing, you’ll support procurement activities, maintain detailed records, and help drive continuous improvements in our processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Accurately input vendor invoices into the company's accounting system.
- Review and approve invoices meeting established guidelines.
- Utilize Laserfiche software to manage and monitor invoice approvals.
- Validate invoices against purchase orders using ServiceNow.
- Assisting with procuring parts if a vendor is unable to source on their own.
- Administrative help with Vendor Scorecards and Purchase Orders as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice-related discrepancies.
- Maintain meticulous records of invoice processing and approvals.
- Actively contributes to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications : Education
Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Data Science preferred.Qualifications : Experience
1+ year experience in a technical role, vendor management, operations management, strategic sourcing or comparable role.Retail experience preferred.Proficient in typing and data entry.Proficient in accounting software (Laserfiche) strong preferred.Microsoft Office Suite proficiency preferred.Qualifications : Team Member Leadership Skills

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $20.00 / hour - $22.00 / hour + DOE + Bonus Opportunity
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
