accounts receivable management and financial data entry.

Position Overview

The Accounts Receivable & Data Entry Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate customer account records, processing invoices and payments, and supporting the overall efficiency of the finance team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in QuickBooks Desktop. This person also thrives in a team-oriented environment, communicates effectively, and values collaboration to ensure accuracy and consistency across departments. This position is remote, but you must be located in PA, NJ or DE.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain invoices, payments, and customer account data in QuickBooks
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist in follow-up communications
• Reconcile customer accounts and prepare A / R reports as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Collaborate closely with accounting and operations team members to ensure smooth processes
• Support additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks when required
