We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer and Website Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites and developing front-end code to bring those designs to life. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to ensure websites are optimized for performance, user experience, and conversions.

What You’ll Do :

• Website Design : Create intuitive and visually stunning website designs that align with client branding and user experience best practices.
• WordPress Management : Customize and manage WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
• Performance Optimization : Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO, ensuring they load quickly and rank well.
• Collaboration : Work closely with our digital marketing team to align website design and development with campaign strategies.
• Client Communication : Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and present design concepts and project updates.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Westcliff-on-Sea : reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education :

Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience :

Front-End Development and Website Design : 3 years (preferred)

Work Location : At our offices in Southend-On-Sea
