    • Job Description

    As a Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience by offering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the front desk operations.

    Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage the dealership\'s main phone line, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient.
  • Warmly welcome customers and visitors as they enter the dealership.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or team member for further assistance.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license.

    • Compensation (Hourly) :

  • $20.00 / hour

    • The Receptionist Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of twenty dollars an hour
