Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts and ensure exceptional sales delivery
Lead the development of sale proposals, pricing models, and presentations for clients
Ensure compliance with internal processes and support integrated portfolio management efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in Lease Administration Account Management
Sales experience is preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
