Job Description

Team Leadership : Supervise staff, coach and develop team members, foster morale, and support operational improvements.

Workflow & Performance : Coordinate daily tasks to meet turnaround times (TAT), conduct performance reviews, manage training records, and support hiring and succession planning.

Client & Project Support : Interface with clients and project teams to deliver asset and data management services.

Instrumentation Management : Perform and document qualifications (e.g., HPLC, GC, KF, UV-Vis), urgent repairs, and scheduled maintenance.

Vendor Coordination : Escort vendors for on-site maintenance and ensure proper documentation.

System & Compliance : Input data into GMARS, support change controls and investigations, and report on service metrics.

Qualifications

Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree in life sciences (e.g., chemistry, biology) with 2+ years of relevant industry experience.

Work Authorization : Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship.

Technical Skills : Experience with HPLC, GC, KF, UV-Vis; familiarity with GMARS asset management system preferred.

Soft Skills : Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Work Style : Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of multitasking while maintaining accurate records and following procedures.

Additional Information

Position is full-time, 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm Overtime as needed.
