\nPT - Outpatient needed asap\nThe traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.\nLocal Travelers are NOT accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from facility. \nAt least 1 year of previous PT experience required\nAt least 1 travel contract completed - preferred\nOP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day / week in Acute Care\nEPIC experience \nBLS\n

PT(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : BLS(Copy needed)

SSN Required

References : 1 Reference in entire work history
