About the Role :

Position : Construction Integration Manager

Location : Richmond, VA

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Integration Manager to oversee and coordinate complex data center construction and integration projects. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless delivery of large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 6+ years of project management experience within construction, system integration, or large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • Hands-on data center experience across construction, operations, design, or planning.
  • Strong understanding of information and communication technology systems, including networking, telecon, security, and intelligent building systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and contractors in fast-paced technical environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent (preferred).

    • Top 4 skills required :

  • Experience in or managing fiber installation
  • Bluebeam
  • Knowledge of Project Scheduling tools(Project / P6) and AutoCAD
  • Project Management

    • Salary Range : $145,000 - 156,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
