A company is looking for a Vendor Escalations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Assign escalation tasks and facilitate resolution of issues during local circuit deliveries
Maintain regular communication and meetings with preferred vendors to drive quick resolution of escalations
Document progress of escalations and actively participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with vendors
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in a role such as Vendor Coordinator, Service Delivery Coordinator, or Project Manager in telecommunications
Basic understanding of telecommunications processes and terminology
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Experience managing challenging situations and building relationships with vendors
