Capital Markets Associate Attorney –| $295k–$370k| Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its growing Corporate Transactions practice . This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of sophisticated matters, including M&A, capital markets, and other high-value corporate transactions .

Key Qualifications :

4–6 years of relevant corporate / transactional experience

• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia or Illinois bar

Significant experience in M&A transactions is required

Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and across teams
