Job Title
Help assist with managing the command Activity Manning Document (AMD).
Draft position management changes in the Navy Enterprise Personnel Requirements (NEPR) program to positions titles, grades, series, billet identification numbers for submission to Navy Information Forces (NAVIFOR) for review and approval.
Prepare, track and monitor Request for Personnel Actions for recruitments, command personnel record corrections, and civilian awards.
Assist management in compiling the hiring panel packages and schedules interviews of applicants and assist the HR Liaison with maintaining the Command's Manning Recruitment Report.
Provide guidance to supervisors on a variety of substantive, procedural, and policy matters pertaining to such personnel functions as recruitment, career ladder promotions, student employment programs and position management.
Track all announcements and referrals and ensure recruitment actions are processed in a timely manner.
Assist employees with standards / objectives, meet timelines, and run various reports within the Defense Performance Management Appraisal Program.
Support the Administrative Department Head with drafting department instructions, policies and standard operating procedures (SOP).
Work with other members of the Administrative department (N1) to conduct research and gather information to present options and / or the best course of action to management and employees.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
