Sun Tan City / Wellness City is seeking a highly qualified individual to fill a full-time Vice President of Creative position in Louisville, KY. The VP of Creative will lead all aspects of creative development for the entire Glow Brands portfolio. The position will partner directly with the CEO / CMO to modernize the Sun Tan City brand (all assets, in-salon, creative production processes, franchise support) while envisioning the positioning and look / tone / feel for all aspects of our newest brand Wellness City. This role will report directly to the CMO in our Executive Office on Market St. in Louisville, KY.

Lead ALL aspects of creative design from envisioning to execution for portfolio of brands but with special focus on Sun Tan City and Wellness City brands.

Spearhead re-brand and modernization of ALL brand assets for Sun Tan City - everything from in-salon to brand guidelines to guest facing content across all platforms. This critical priority will partner with all key stakeholders including CEO / CMO, Store Design, Real Estate, Operations, and Franchisees.

Build upon foundation and early success of Wellness City's single location in Kokomo, IN to envision how the brand will come to life nationally; including conversions of existing spas to Wellness City and new builds. All brand assets must be formalized into a Brand Guideline to ensure consistency & persistency ad the brand scales. The VP of Creative will be the key thought leader and stakeholder to bring this brand to life.

This role is in person in our executive office in Louisville, KY and will require travel up to 20%.

Candidate will be expected to lead all aspects creative from graphic design, video production, briefing UGC creators, developing brand guidelines, and interior design. This role is both hands on for the VP but also will require leading junior graphic designers and partnering with outside agencies.

7-10 years experience in creative design required. Candidate must share design portfolio in addition to resume to be considered for this role.

Candidate will lead a small team of designers and therefore must have experience managing / developing junior talent.

On-call availability.

Sitting for extended periods of time.

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment.

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel or crouch.

Compensation : $150,000.00 per year
