Key Responsibilities
Set and evolve standards for onboarding, playbooks, and internal communications within Marketing
Establish governance for marketing processes from intake through launch and learning
Direct tooling strategy to enhance simplification and AI integration in marketing operations
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in marketing or creative operations, strategy & operations, or program management
Experience in leading operational design or transformation at an organizational scale
Proven ability to design and scale operational frameworks for large marketing teams
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Skilled at influencing senior stakeholders and aligning multiple organizations around a unified operating model
