Overview
This role is hybrid (3 days onsite, Tue–Thu) but will be moving to 4 days onsite starting in early January according to new company hybrid schedule requirements.
Rate : $48 / hr
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital content, gaming, or community management (e.g., Roblox, Discord, or other creator ecosystems).
- Strong writing and editing skills across digital platforms ( posts, creator guides, FAQs, toolkit assets).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (creative, technology, marketing, operations, and legal).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with fan / creator communities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage creator relationships, resolve community issues, and improve engagement / productivity.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Adaptability — quick learner who can build solutions with new or unfamiliar tools.
- Empathy — ability to understand fan / creator needs and build meaningful experiences for them.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Roblox, Discord, or other creator platforms.Familiarity with community safety, moderation tools, and digital best practices.Experience creating or managing toolkits, digital assets, or content libraries for creators.Knowledge of gaming, fandom trends, and emerging social / creator platforms.Exposure to Agile or Scrum workflows a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).Job Function
