We're seeking a skilled Ceramic Flooring Foreman to lead installation crews within our ceramic and tile division. This position oversees projects involving ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tile installations across commercial and industrial job sites. Work occurs throughout the Midwest, with a primary focus in the greater Indianapolis area.

Pay : $28-$35 (Based on experience)

Hours : Vary by project schedule

Travel : Paid travel expenses for non-local work

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead ceramic and tile installation crews on job sites
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of tile and stone installation projects
• Ensure top-quality craftsmanship, safety, and project efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layout drawings
• Manage tools, materials, and daily job site organization
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• Train, coach, and evaluate installers to maintain high performance standards
• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally
