Pay Range : $35 - $42 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity.
Oversee complex procurement projects from initiation to completion, focusing heavily on driving continuity of supply and delivery, ensuring project goals are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
Manage supplier communication
Understand market trends
Deal with invoice discrepancies
Ensure compliance with strategic procurement

Key Requirements and Technology Experience :

Key Skills; Procurement, SAP and Assembly

Bachelor degree (Business, Supply Chain, or applicable technical degree preferred) and 3 years buyer / procurement experience.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale procurement operations.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Proficient in procurement software and tools.

In-depth knowledge of procurement strategies and supplier relationship management.

Knowledge of purchasing systems (SAP experience a strong plus)

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to drive change and lead cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
