In this role, you will provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations on how to improve or grow business initiatives. Candidates should be comfortable working with multiple data sources in a corporate setting focused on KPI development and metric tracking.
The Senior CX Analyst gets to know the business intimately from both the perspective of our clients and the shoes of our associates. They are shape shifters – able to take on the perspective data and key stakeholders while putting the puzzle pieces together. Ultimately, this role will be able to interpret various forms of data quickly – both quantitative and qualitative – and can easily synthesize complex concepts into simple solutions by storytelling through presentations.
