Responsible for : Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a professional and timely manner. Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery. Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
Ability to speak to and hear customers via the telephone and in person.
Answer telephones and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
