Commercial Construction Superintendent (5 years Exp Req)

MUST BE LOCAL / EXPERIENCE IN THE NASHVILLE / MIDDLE TN AREA

1. Retail, healthcare, office and Restaurant Construction

2. Fuel Stations, Convenience Markets with knowledge of petroleum

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
• GROUND UP BUILDING EXPERIENCE A PLUS
• ABILITY TO LAYOUT AND GIVE ELEVATION FOR UTILITIES, SITE-WORK AND BUILDING REQUIRED.
• Day to day supervision for all field personnel working on project.
• Maintains project schedule and coordinates schedule with subcontractors.
• Prepares safety reports, daily logs, job-site photos etc.
• Schedules and participates in inspections.
• Personally conducts quality control inspections to ensure that installation of work meets contract requirements and company standards.
