Position Overview

The Director of Construction will lead all construction operations for our portfolio of luxury residential projects, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional organizational skills, deep technical knowledge, and a refined eye for detail who thrives in a high-expectation, high-reward environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multi-million-dollar residential projects with relentless focus on quality, budget, and schedule.
• Diagnose and resolve operational inefficiencies, implementing scalable systems that drive continuous improvement.
• Manage all financial and scheduling aspects- budgets, labor projections, and timelines with accuracy and foresight.
• Set uncompromising standards for performance and hold project managers and superintendents accountable to them.
• Establish disciplined systems for project scheduling, quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Estimating and Purchasing to align scope, contracts, and execution seamlessly.
• Lead through shifting priorities and challenges with composure and confidence, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Serve as the primary communicator for all stakeholders, executives, clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze project data, proactively solving problems before they impact results.
• Review construction specs, materials, and methods to guarantee every detail surpasses client expectations.
