Key Responsibilities
Champion the customer experience and ensure timely delivery of customer ecosystems
Develop project plans, track progress, and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related quantitative field
5+ years of experience in service account management, customer success management, or consulting
Experience managing multiple concurrent customer projects
Ability to facilitate complex meetings and engage with customers effectively
Proactive planning and regular service reviews to prevent issues
