Scheduler Coordinator CFA
The Scheduler is a key associate at Hope Network Center for Autism whose primary responsibilities include : Working with Behavior Analysis Teams to develop scheduling plans and communication for new learners and staff to maximize treatment time. Creating and updating schedules utilizing Hope Network electronic medical record system. This individual is also responsible for developing and revising daily therapy schedules for learners, and tracking learner and behavior technician attendance.

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position.Creates and publishes treatment schedules up to three weeks in advance, ensuring all shifts, clients, and client transportation needs are covered.Reviews and adjusts schedules to maximize billable time.Communicates and collaborates with Behavior Analysis Teams to plan for transitioning clients.Tracks call offs, PTO requests, and lunch as pertains to the daily schedule; adjusting schedules in real time as necessary.Assists with answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette.Tracks daily attendance of clients and notifies Behavior Analysts when Learner Attendance Policy thresholds are reached.Supports clinical staff with correspondence as needed and manages release of patient information in accordance with Hope Network policy and procedure.Welcomes and greets clients and visitors to the CFA in a professional manner.Works to positively impact team spirit and overall morale.Maintains client confidentiality per Hope Network Policy and HIPAA Privacy Rule Regulations.Completion of assigned projects at the direction of the CFA leadership team.Job Requirements :
High school diploma or GED requiredComputer proficiency required.Positive team player and energetic professional.Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Good judgment and creative thinking skills.Discretion in matters that need to remain private.Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record per HN corporate policy.Experience working with children with autism is preferred but not required.
