A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist Senior to support customers with Commercial Deposits and Treasury Management products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service requests for Treasury Management and Commercial Deposits products to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
Resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues
Deliver virtual training sessions and participate in testing and implementation of new products or enhancements
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or related field
4+ years of experience in financial services, operations, or a call center environment
Working knowledge of Treasury Management and other non-lending products
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting is preferred
AAP certification is preferred or the ability to obtain it within 2 years
