Position : Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health

Location : Upper Marlboro, MD

Contract Type : Contract

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (hours may vary slightly based on patient needs; weekend visits may be optional if agreed upon by therapist and patient)

On-Call : Not required

Service Area : Montgomery County and Prince George's County

This is an urgent need for a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join a compassionate home health team. You'll provide patient-centered care in the home setting, collaborating with a broader care team and empowering patients to regain independence and function.
