The team

You'll be joining a high-performing Sales team that drives growth by selling digital expertise into both existing and new accounts. The team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and accountability, working together to penetrate the mid-market, expand into new regions, and build strong relationships with Fortune 2000 clients and channel partners. We celebrate a growth mindset and winning as a team.

The role

As a Sales Executive, you will :

  • Lead and inspire account managers to deliver consistent results.
  • Drive sales within the mid-market segment, with focus on the Midwest and scalable expansion.
  • Sell into Fortune 2000 companies and niche / boutique markets.
  • Build strong relationships with executives, partners, and alliance leaders.
  • Execute strategic targeting and regional growth plans.

Location : Preferred from IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, TX, GA, NC

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of proven success as an individual sales contributor.
  • 10+ years leading direct sales teams with consistent quota attainment.
  • Deep domain expertise in Manufacturing, Consumer Industries, Retail, and Logistics .
  • Experience selling through Channel Partners and managing executive-level relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment and work independently on complex projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Growth mindset with strong team orientation.
  • Customer-first approach with proven relationship-building skills.
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Desire for a career environment that's both fun and professional.
