Job Description
Gateways Community Services is seeking an full time and part time Physical Therapist to join our Early Supports and Services team to work as part of our talented team of passionate, energetic professionals. ESS provides family-centered supports, including speech language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and childhood education, to children aged birth to 3 years experiencing developmental disabilities or delays. Our services include a developmental evaluation, therapeutic interventions, guidance, instruction, referral to community resources and emotional support.
In this role, the Physical Therapist provides transdisciplinary based, family centered services for assigned clients.
