Business Analyst
2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join the team. This role will be based in our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office, and on-site presence is required.

This role suits a detail-oriented professional with experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), customer service, or contact center operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for data integration, generating detailed reports, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting various project functions, including invoice process monitoring and compliance tracking.
You will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless task execution, proactively manage risk, and uphold project standards. Strong communication skills in English and Korean are essential, as is the ability to travel internationally for business needs. Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete themGenerates ad hoc reports and regular datasets / report information for end-users and any ad hoc reports using system tools, database / data warehouse queries, and scriptsThe analyst integrates data from multiple sources to produce requested data / reportsPrograms and maintains report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports, and other end-user information portals or resourcesMay create specifications for reports based on business requestsUnderstands concepts / standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standardsMakes decisions regarding own work approach / priorities, and follows directionWork is managed and often guided by precedent and / or documented procedures / regulations / professional standards with some interpretationIdentifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projectsPerforming quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expectedResponsible for managing relationships, including developing new relationships, managing day-to-day interactions, and handling or directing escalationsEnsure that the relationships are well-developed and maintained to ensure a superior customer experience, timeliness, and a high level of efficiencyResponsible for managing performance and compliance; must be able to offer solutions to improve performanceResponsible for escalating issues to the appropriate department or department headPerform status tracking, efficiency analysis, resource allocation, data analysis, change log management, and overall process management supportExecution of operating invoice process monitoring, managing various cost reports & Ad hoc requests regarding cost status, checking the efficiency of the Special group of Contact Center, and implementing POC for VERS, BQMS, NDA, and legal contractPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications :
