Job Scope

As Chief System Engineer (Architect) for Workplace Technology, you will serve as the most senior technical leader across Core Infrastructure and Network, Client Engineering, Cloud and Email Services, and Digital Media and Unified Communications. You will drive innovation, architectural excellence, and operational simplicity, leading a team of architects to deliver robust, efficient, and user-centric workplace solutions. A strong background in AI and agentic technologies in the workplace is highly desired.

Essential Functions :

Strategy & Architecture

• Develop and execute technology strategies and architectural roadmaps aligned with business objectives and emerging technologies.
• Partner with executive management and cross-functional teams (Cyber, Operations, Engineering, Product, and Support) to set priorities, direction, and timelines.
• Lead integration efforts to deliver cohesive, intuitive user experiences across workplace platforms.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of innovative workplace technologies, including AI and agentic systems.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership / site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 184,100 to 267,050 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
