Job Description

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist at Rolla, MO! This is a 5 months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Role : Phlebotomist

Location : Rolla, MO 65401

Shift Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Central Time)

Hours per Week : 40 hours

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Highlights : $24 / hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection confidently, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Accurately collect, process, and document forensic and clinical specimens.
• Maintain required records, logs, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide a safe, clean, and professional environment for patients and staff.
• Deliver excellent patient care by explaining procedures and ensuring patient comfort.
• Work independently with minimal on-site supervision while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Promote a positive organizational image to patients, clients, and the community.
• Flexibly cover weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime shifts as needed.

Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience : 3+ years phlebotomy experience (including pediatric, geriatric & capillary)

Note : Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.
