Primary Job Function : To install residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

Work Hours : 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, some overtime as required

Pay : $30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
