Real Estate Paralegal

Position Overview :

Seeking a diligent and motivated Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This role will involve supporting our legal department in various aspects of real estate transactions and property management.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing and managing lease documents, including lease agreements, renewals, and assignments.
• Conduct research and analyze real estate transactions and related documentation.
• Facilitate communication between our legal team, transaction counterparties, and their counsel.
• Organize real estate acquisition and sale closings, including preparing closing checklists.
• Review, summarize, and analyze title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and other relevant real property diligence.
• Monitor and meet transaction deadlines while maintaining meticulous records.
• Support the management of tenant litigation matters in coordination with outside counsel.
• Ensure proper document management and retention.
