We’re a growing LED lighting manufacturer seeking a motivated, people-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to become the first dedicated salesperson at our company, helping shape our sales strategy while building lasting relationships with contractors and select resellers.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively prospect and onboard new contractor clients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing contractors , resellers , and manufacturer partners
- Support contractor sales efforts by helping them present lighting options to their clients
- Assist with lighting layout planning for residential and commercial projects
- Periodically visit job sites and client offices (4–6 trips per year)
- Attend a small number of industry trade shows (spring and fall)
- Work primarily from our office , with flexibility for remote work when appropriate
- Report directly to the company owner / CEO , providing regular updates on client activity and sales growth
