About Our Client

Our client is seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to join their team based in Dallas. This opportunity is with a small-sized company operating in the property industry. The organization is focused on delivering high-quality construction projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and fostering a professional and goal-oriented work environment.

Job Description

Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Review blueprints and project plans to confirm alignment with construction objectives.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve challenges.

Support the successful handover of completed projects to property management teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have :

• Proven experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various project locations, including Nebraska.
