Program Manager For Mental & Emotional Health
Presbyterian is seeking a Program Manager for Mental & Emotional Health who will serve as a subject matter expert in mental and emotional well-being. This role is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating trainings, workshops, and programs that promote resilience, psychological health & safety, and overall mental and emotional health for individuals and groups in various workplace settings. The Program Manager will align program development with organizational strategic planning goals and partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to create impactful initiatives that meet diverse needs, foster engagement, and support long-term well-being outcomes.

Ideal Candidate :
Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience developing and leading programs in mental health, employee well-being, or learning and development.
