The Coordinator supports various projects in the Learning and Leadership Development group. This role will perform various administrative duties and event support in support of the development of learning and leadership programs and organizational design projects.

Program Coordination and Administration :

  • Support program design and development to launch best in class learning and leadership development experiences.
  • Assist in administration activities related to program development and design, including but not limited to, coordinating calendars, project management, milestone, and timeline support, creating materials, building presentations, etc.

Program Delivery and Evaluation :

  • Responsible for administration tasks to drive successful learning experiences for participants and learners across the ministry. Activities may include drafting program communications, marketing materials, building materials, coordinating schedules, speaker engagement, enrolling participants, tracking participation, developing evaluation plan, and collecting feedback.
  • Lead all activities related to driving high-quality learning environments for both in-person and virtual settings. Activities include onsite classroom / venue set-up, logistics management, travel arrangements, technical requirements, material preparation, supplies, hotel, food, evening activities, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service to learners, speakers, vendors, and stakeholders through a proactive service mindset.
  • Stakeholder and Business Engagement :

  • Support a best in class learning experience through customer-centric coordination.
  • Ensure effective utilization of resources (materials, budgets, vendors, and people).
  • Provide project support including maintaining and updating project plans, timelines, participant rosters, etc.
  • Collaborate across relevant ministry-wide teams for alignment, when needed.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Must possess strong critical thinking skills and high attention to detail.
  • Preference for :

  • Baseline knowledge and experience in learning strategies and practices, leadership development, curriculum design, coaching methods and approaches.
  • Proficiency in google platforms
  • Event coordination experience
  • Minimum Qualifications :

    Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree required. Master's Preferred. Education, Leadership Development, OD Development, IOPsych, or similar

    Required Licensure and Certifications none required. Preferred : Coaching certification, instructional design, facilitation, etc

    Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training 3-5 years of experience in relevant work
