Your Responsibilities

Embark on a dual-role venture with a focus on metalwork and assembling, ready to elevate into leadership roles as your experience unfolds.

  • Engage in the fabrication of machine parts, leveraging your precision in metal shaping, cutting, and welding.
  • Apply your MIG welding skills across a variety of tools to complete assembly projects.
  • Follow detailed blueprints to deliver machined parts tailored to specifications.
  • Construct and assemble intricate machinery ensuring seamless operational functionality.
  • Facilitate the finishing process, including conception of frames and preparation for end-stage processes like painting.
  • Maintain excellence in production line efficiency, safety, and quality management.
  • Share your knowledge through mentorship, nurturing a skilled and cohesive team.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on involvement in fabrication and assembly required.
  • Proficient in MIG welding and both traditional and modern fabrication apparatus.
  • Adept at interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Pursuit of stability and growth in one's career journey.
  • Responsive, detail-focused team membership, supplemented by problem resolution skill.
  • Favored extras : bilingual English / Spanish abilities and crane operation experience.
  • Shifts and Earnings

  • 1st Shift : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00am–3 : 30pm
  • 2nd Shift : Monday to Friday, 3 : 45pm–1 : 00am
  • Hourly wage from $25–$30 , opportunities for overtime work available.
