Job Title : Accounts Payable Analyst

Location : Milford, IN (Onsite)

Salary : $58,000 - $72,800 annually

About the Role

The Accounts Payable Analyst will support a large-scale reconciliation and statement clean-up initiative for a confidential client. This role will focus on researching vendor discrepancies, matching invoices to statements, and ensuring accuracy of AP data exported from Oracle.

Top Responsibilities

Reconcile vendor and supplier statements

Identify missing or unposted invoices and resolve variances

Pull and validate data from Oracle or other ERP systems

Assist with backlog clean-up and invoice processing

Communicate with vendors regarding outstanding items

Skills & Experience

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data exports)

Strong reconciliation experience within Accounts Payable

Oracle experience preferred

High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capability

Ability to work independently and manage assigned workload

Able to work with minimal supervision
