Mechanical Design Engineer
Location : Central Tucson
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay Range : $90k-110k base + (Quarterly & annual profit-sharing bonuses)

The Role
We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to design and enhance innovative, ADA-compliant mobility solutions that make a real impact in people’s lives. You'll lead product development using SolidWorks, working closely with cross-functional teams to create reliable, user-friendly solutions.
What You’ll Do
Create detailed 3D models and prototypes in SolidWorks
Collaborate with electrical and software engineers
Oversee fabrication processes and component testing
Write clear documentation for assembly and testing
Ensure ISO compliance in all designs
Travel occasionally for customer meetings, vendors, and trade shows
What You Bring
BS in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
5+ years of experience in mechanical design
Proficiency in SolidWorks
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs occasionally and work in varied physical conditions
