Field Service Supervisor Large Loss Restoration

When disaster strikes, do you want to be the one who makes a difference? Join our Large Loss Division as a Field Service Supervisor and take on a leadership role helping communities recover after hurricanes, floods, fires, and more.
This isnt your typical desk jobits hands-on, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding. Youll lead teams, manage large restoration projects, and travel nationwide (but less than 100 days a year).
What Youll Do
- Lead crews on major restoration projects after natural disasters
- Oversee cleanup, demolition, and restoration activities
- Set up safe and efficient job sites
- Inspect sites, identify hazards, and document conditions
- Work alongside your crew when neededthis is a hands-on role
- Track and report project progress with photos and documentation
What Were Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skillsDependable and adaptable in changing environmentsComfortable with nationwide travel (less than 100 days / year)Tech-savvy with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google DrivePrior restoration or construction experience is a plusRequirements
Ability to work a rotating 24 / 7 on-call scheduleValid drivers license (CDL not required; ability to drive larger vehicles preferred)Able to pass a DOT physical, background check, and drug screeningWillingness to earn and maintain certifications (OSHA 30, IICRC, Forklift / lift equipment)Why Join Us?
