Nurse Manager – Operating Room

Montefiore Einstein is seeking an experienced and dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our Operating Room team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape perioperative nursing practice while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

In this role, you will oversee all clinical and administrative operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and effective resource management. What You’ll Do :

• Lead and inspire a skilled perioperative nursing team.
• Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Manage clinical operations, budgets, staffing, and resources.
• Drive quality initiatives, innovation, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate across disciplines to strengthen outcomes and patient experience.

Work Hours : 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m. Monday to Friday

Salary : Starting at $160,000.00
