Construction Material Coordinator – DFW Market   Job Summary :

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Material Coordinator to join our team.
• This role is essential in ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are efficiently delivered, organized, and available at job sites to keep projects running smoothly.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, maintaining inventory, assisting with job site organization, and ensuring timely deliveries.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.   Key Responsibilities Material Handling & Jobsite Coordination Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Organize and stage materials for maximum efficiency and accessibility.
• Track and manage material inventory, reporting shortages or damaged items.
• Assist with general labor tasks, including site cleanup and debris removal.
• Ensure compliance with all job site safety regulations and company procedures.   Driving & Logistics Management Operate company vehicles (trucks, vans, or trailers) to transport materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely deliveries to job sites while following proper routes and schedules.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and maintain delivery logs.
• Communicate with project managers, foreman, superintendents and procurement to coordinate material needs.   General Jobsite Support Assist foreman and crew members by providing necessary materials and support.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Organize material at job sites, moving excess material from inside buildings to designated storage trailers onsite.  Maintain accurate records of materials used and deliveries made.
• Package and ready for transport return material as directed by foreman and / or superintendent.  Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.   Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in construction, warehouse logistics, or material handling is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50+ lbs) frequently.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Forklift knowledge preferred    Work Environment & Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials.
• Work in a construction environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime when necessary.
